Potential SPAM / Junk Mail Email Issue - Bright Arrow
Hello everyone!
One of our schools has flagged a potential concern with Bright Arrow mass emails from the school landing in parents' Spam Folder/Junk Mail instead of their inbox.
Might be worth putting a news item on your websites for parents to check their Spam/Junk inboxes for communication coming from the school. They can mark these messages as "not spam/junk" so that their email knows to direct these to their inbox instead. Parents use a variety of email services so each individual will need to take this action on their own inside of Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc.
So far we have only heard that this has been an issue with one school but some proactive communication might save you a headache or two later.
